Orifice Installation Guide

※ Install an orifice between the valve and the pipe to detect the secondary flow.

※ Install so that the direction in which the orifice plate is connected is connected to the valve.

●	In case of high flow rate

One	When the amount of water used increases, the pressure reducing valve adjusts the opening degree of the main valve to supply fluid to the secondary side at the set pressure, and as a result, more water is supplied, resulting in a pressure drop in the primary side.

2	When the drop pressure falls below the pressure conversion set pressure, the pressure conversion pilot detects this and opens the flow path E, and the fluid flows into the high pressure setting pressure reducing pilot valve along the opened flow path.

3	And the high pressure setting pressure reducing pilot valve operates to readjust the pressure of the fluid supplied to the secondary side. With this operation, when high pressure is supplied to the low pressure setting pressure reducing pilot valve through flow paths F and G, the low pressure setting pressure reducing pilot valve is automatically shut off. .

●	When the flow rate is low

One	When the amount of water used decreases, the pressure reducing valve adjusts the opening degree of the main valve to supply fluid to the secondary side at the set pressure, and supplies a small amount of water. As a result, the pressure gradually increases in the primary side.

2	When the rising pressure rises above the pressure conversion set pressure, the pressure conversion pilot detects this and blocks the flow path E, and the high pressure set pressure reducing pilot valve stops working.

3	Therefore, the secondary side pressure of the main valve is continuously delivered to the low pressure setting pressure reducing pilot valve through flow paths F and G, so it is controlled by the pressure reducing pilot valve set to low pressure, and the secondary side pressure is supplied at low pressure.

Pressure Relief Valve Selection Guide

If the supply pipe is long and the height difference is large, it is the safest and most efficient to install a general pressure reducing valve (model 132-010) in the middle. However, if there is a possibility that there is a possibility of generating electricity in a nearby area in the future, it is recommended to consider a pressure reducing and pressure maintaining valve (Model 132-030) with a pressure maintaining function at the front end. ※ Pressure reducing valve (Model 132-010)	If there is a demand in the middle and a lot of water is used in the sub-system, the area where there is a possibility of water outage at a high-altitude customer is a pressure reducing and pressure maintaining valve with a pressure maintaining function at the front end rather than a general pressure reducing valve (Model 132- 030) is the safest and most efficient. ※ Pressure reducing and pressure maintaining valve (Model 132-030)	When water is systematically supplied by compartmentalizing (blocking) the supply area, it is the safest and most efficient to install the Robosys Robocon valve (model 130-010). By applying NSF/ANSI Standard 61 epoxy powder coating to all valves as a basic specification, it has excellent chemical resistance to seawater, certain acids, bases, chemicals and solvents, and provides hygienic water supply to users.
