Control Panel (Model EP-01)

Basic Information

• Model EP-01 is an electric control panel equipped with a programmed logic controller. It is used in the pump control valve to control the pump and prevent surge caused by the start and stop of the pump. The indicator light displayed on the outside shows normal operation and alarm status at a glance, and wiring work is easy in the field.

Precautions for installation

• Before installing the valve, be sure to remove foreign substances from the piping on the primary side.
• Secure a suitable space for easy maintenance such as inspection and repair.
• When installing, make sure that the direction of fluid flow in the pipe matches the direction of the arrow on the valve.
• When installing, ensure that the valve is in a horizontal position and the cover is in a vertical position.
• Install shut-off valves at both ends before and after the valve.
• Be sure to install a strainer in front of the valve.
• Since it may cause malfunction during freezing, be sure to install a thermal insulation system in the case of a site where there is a risk of freezing.
